Enterprise customers can now use Chatbase in HIPAA-compliant environments to support AI-powered healthcare and patient support experiences.
Once a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is signed, Chatbase automatically enables Zero Data Retention (ZDR) on the workspace and applies HIPAA safeguards across your AI agents. Features that are not compatible with HIPAA are also disabled automatically.
This allows healthcare teams to use Chatbase for secure customer and patient support workflows while meeting HIPAA compliance requirements.
